Hua-Shih College of Education(HSCE) at National Dong Hwa University, inspired by the idea

of “the freedom of wo/man”, is dedicated to cultivating independent and self-respecting

thinkers. We embrace intellectual autonomy, and take every effort to create the

environments that provide opportunities for all students to develop their full potential.

With its legacy of preparing quality educators, the College has maintained long and

collegial partnership with the regional schools and communities. As a result,our faculty

members are able to integrate practice and research by maintaining close collaborations

with administrators, teachers, and policy makers. Working with partners, HSCE is committed

to bring about new knowledge that can be used to improve education, and to make educatin

more equitable.
